GLORIA JACKSON, BROKER: Gloria has over 25 years of real estate experience encompassing sales of residential property, property management of large multi-family communities as well as auditing of banking institutions for multi-family loans. After 20+ years in the corporate side of real estate, Gloria obtained her real estate sales license and then her Brokers license. Entering the world of residental sales, she became a Multi-Million Dollar real estate producer, started teaching real estate to newly licensed agents, and went on to recruiting and mentoring agents. She was recognized as one of the Top Ten Real Estate recruiters for the US while working with Weichert Realtors.

JACQUELYN NUNEZ: Jacquelyn has over 25 years in management and operations in the health care industry. She was responsible for managing growth and development through sales and acquisitions. After years of purchasing and selling homes for a hobby, 5 years ago, Jacquelyn decided to get her real estate license and pursue sales as a permanent career. Since entering this sector of the workforce she has worked with sellers and buyers, helped form an REO Team, mentored and trained agents in supporting bank owned properties and worked with her team to implement processes to streamline paper flow.

JOHN FISCHER: John has over 25 years in real estate focusing on appraisals and data analysis of local and national trends in the market. He is a licensed General Real Estate Appraiser, previously responsible for complex real estate valuations on projects throughout the U.S. and has negotiated and procured approval on large loan committments for developing projects. John has completed appraisals on a wide variety of properties including new construction, vacant land, office, hotel, industrial and apartment buildings. He has served on numerous discussion panels as an expert in the valuation of multi-family property.
